Fargo

Aside from being extremely cold when I arrived (-40F windchill), Fargo turned out to be somewhat fun.

I went to the Hjemskomst Museum—technically the Hjemskomst Interpretive Center—in Moorhead, Minnesota. It houses a replica Viking longship that sailed across the Atlantic in 1982.

Outside there is a replica stavkyrkje.

Then, in Fargo itself, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Plains Art Museum, while rather small held a large exhibit of Salvador Dali prints (which I didn’t photograph.

There was also this photo I took on the return trip.
